She is an IBBI registered valuer under Securities and Financial Assets and a certified forensic auditor by ICAI. She is a GST expert and heads the Virtual CFO services provided by the firm. She is managing the outsourced and offshore accounting. actively involved to meet Loan Syndication requirements for her clients. Her ambitious personality and management skills have played a key role in the Firm’s success and growth. Her motto is to complete the work well before deadlines to safeguard the interest of the Clients.
CA Vikita Rathod (Partner)

Vikita Rathod is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience. She is a partner in N Somani & Co. She has done her commerce graduation from National College. She holds a PhD in French . She also completed her PhD in accounts in 2025. She is passionate about teaching and was a professor in a reputed college.
Currently, she is involved in handling Individual Tax Returns as well as Tax Audits. With PhD in accounting, she brings expertise to the firm for Virtual CFO services.
Rajiv Shah

Rajiv Shah is the senior most team member and co-founder for N Somani & Co. He has graduated from Mithibai College and completed his articleship from D Kothary & Co.
He has worked with D Kothary and Co. for Ten years and held senior positions in Finance while working nationally and internationally with renowned business houses. He has a wide exposure in the field of Direct and Indirect Taxation, Statutory and Tax Audit, Stock Audit, Forensic Audit, Due Diligence. He heads the Income Tax and Audit section of the firm. His experience has been the greatest strength in the success and growth of the Firm.
CA Aditya Somani

Adityanarayan Somani is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in Banking and Audit Industry. He is an IBBI registered valuer under Securities and Financial Assets. He is also a certified forensic and concurrent auditor by ICAI. He is a partner in the firm Maheshwari & Associates and managing the Mumbai branch of the firm.
He has hands on experience in the automation of manual processes related to accounts, finance and reporting requirements.
Currently, he is heading the virtual CFO advisory and audit vertical. He has specialized experience in Due Diligence and Enterprise Valuation assignments. He is also involved in Project Finance and Investments. He is also very knowledgeable and skilled with Bank Audits, Internal Audits, Statutory Audit and MIS Reporting and Analysis.
Ms. Kala Menon

Kala Menon was working in the Income Tax department – Mumbai for 23 years and retired as in Income Tax Officer. After retiring, she started practicing in Taxation and has a vast experience in all spheres including International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Appeals and other related matters.
She is the co – founder and Director of the Company. Her expertise in the field of Taxation and experience from the department is adding value to our clients which is the core reason for our Company’s growth.
Mrs. Rajeshwari Menon
B. Com., Diploma in Taxation
Ex-Additional Commissioner of Income Tax.
Rajeshwari Menon was working in Income Tax Dept. for 36 years. After retirement, she has joined the organization and is proficient in all aspects related to the Direct Taxes and especially in the field of International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Taxes and Departmental Appeals and all other connected matters.
She, with her vast knowledge and experience is of a great asset to the concern and will help in increasing the value of the organization and its growth.
